Abstract

1) Dispositif permettant la rénovation et l'habillage d'escacliers usagés, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un profilé Aluminium comportant une zone plane verticale (1) destinée à s'appliquer sur l'ancien support de contre-marche, une zone striée (2) longitudinale, formant partie anti-dérapant, une partie (3) destinée à recouvrir la marche, une partie (4) en extrêmité supérieure du profilé, servant au maintient d'un nez de marche, et une cavité (5) permettant d'introduire le nez de marche et sur l'extrémité inférieure une glissière (7) formée d'une avancée pour le logement du nez de marche. <IMAGE>

Description

  • De nombreux escaliers d'habitations individuelles, de commerces, d'immeubles, d'édifices publics, etc... sont confrontés aux problèmes de réfection de marches vétustes, abîmées. Les utilisateurs ont en fonction de leurs supports peu de possibilités de rénovation et souvent, lors d'une assise bois ou fer, par exemple, ceci engrendre une dépose totale de leurs escaliers. D'où une impossibilité d'accès à l'étage supérieur et en plus, pour la reconstruction, un coût de revient élevé.
  • La présente invention palie à tous ces inconvénients et désagréments par un système de profilé aluminium anti-dérapant, venant se fixer sur la base initiale quelque soit celle-ci, bois, béton, fer, etc..., dans laquelle s'encastre un nez de marche bois ou aluminium et sur sa partie supérieure vient se placer une nouvelle marche en lieu et place de l'ancienne.
    • Les modes particulières de réalisation
  • Le principe du profilé Aluminium permet d'adapter toutes sortes de matériaux, tels que : carrelage, moquette, parquet, bois massif, linoleum et autres.
  • La figure 1 (P1 1/4) représente en coupe le profilé Aluminium, objet de l'invention. Il est caractérisé par ce profilé Aluminium comportant une zone plane verticale (1) qui s'applique sur l'ancien support de contre marche. La référence (2) est une zone striée longitudinale servant de partie anti-dérapante. La référence (3) est la partie devant recouvrir la marche. La référence (4) sur l'extrémité supérieure du profilé sert du maintien de nez marche, système montré dans les figures (2) et (3). La référence (5) est une cavité , permettant d'introduire le nez marche. La référence (6) comporte 4 trous servant à la fixation du profilé sur le support de marche et également facilite le réglage en hauteur. La référence (7) est utilisée comme glissière où se loge le nez de marche.
  • La figure 2 (P1 2/4) représente en coupe le profilé Aluminium avec un nez de marche bois, objet d'une deuxième caractéristique.
  • La figure 3 (P1 3/4) représente en coupe une variante, le nez de marche étant en Aluminium.
  • La seconde caractéristique figure (2) (P1 2/4) est l'utilisation d'un nez de marche bois, référence (8) s'encastrant dans sa partie supérieure dans la cavité (5) et étant maintenu par la partie (4) d'une part , vient se glisser dans l'avancée placée sur l'extrémité inférieure zone (7).
  • La figure (3) (P1 3/4) reprend les mêmes principes se trouvant dans la figure 2 (P1 2/4) hormis que le nez de marche (9) est en aluminium donnant ainsi une possibilité de décoration supplémentaire.
  • La figure 4 (P1 4/4) représente en coupe le profilé Aluminium, objet de l'invention, avec un nez de marche et un autre profile standard servant de support. Cet ensemble est l'objet d'une troisième caractéristique.
    Le profilé Aluminium objet de l'invention figure 1 (P1 1/4) est fixé sur un support profile (10) de type standard: principe permettant de solidariser la partie marche et contremarche tout en venant les rigidifier, ceci évitant les désagréments de grincements. Ce système permet une meilleure fixation sur les supports bois, fer, et solidarise l'ensemble . Sur la partie du profilé Aluminium (figure 1, P1 1/4 ) vient se positionner le nez de marche (8 ou 9), l'ensemble s'adaptant sur les escaliers de base.

Claims (6)

1) Dispositif permettant la rénovation et l'habillage d'escacliers usagés, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un profilé Aluminium comportant une zone plane verticale (1) destinée à s'appliquer sur l'ancien support de contre-marche, une zone striée (2) longitudinale, formant partie anti-dérapante, une partie (3) destinée à recouvrir la marche, une partie (4) en extrêmité supérieure du profilé, servant au maintient d'un nez de marche, et une cavité (5) permettant d'introduire le nez de marche et sur l'extrémité inférieure une glissière (7) formée d'une avancée pour le logement du nez de marche.
2) Dispositif, selon Revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un nez de marche (8) (9), pourvu d'une partie supérieure destinée à s'encastrer dans la cavité (5), en étant maintenu par la partie (4) du profilé (1) et d'une partie venant se glisser dans l'avancé (7).
3) Dispositif, selon Revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le nez de marche (8) est en bois.
4) Dispositif, selon Revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le nez de marche (9) est en Aluminium.
5) Dispositif, selon Revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le profilé (1) comporte quatre trous (6) de fixation sur le support de marche qui facilitent le réglage en hauteur.
6) Dispositif, selon Revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le profilé (1) est fixé sur un support profilé (10) permettant de solidariser la partie marche et contre-marche en les rigidifiant.
